How to use menstrual disc?

1.Pinch your unique disc in half to form an 8
2.Keep the string in the front end and insert th disc into the vaginal canal.
3.Push the disc with your finger until you reach the end, feeling it's positioned under your cervix.
4.Removal: Pull lightly and slowly the string until the disc's rim slips off the entrance of the vagina. Then pull out gently with your fingers.
Note: The string can be shortened with scissors of for those who prefer not use a string it can be cut off altogether
